CHATTANOOGA, TN- The Chattanooga office of Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain (LBMC) has signed a lease to occupy approximately 11,000 square feet of space in the newly renovated Liberty Tower building in downtown Chattanooga in December 2012.

LBMC, a top 100 U.S. accounting firm, and 6^th largest in the Southeast, is currently located at One Union Square, in the Krystal Building, "We are all very excited about the new office space. However, we are charter tenants of the Krystal Building, and I am sure it will be hard to leave a place we have called 'home' for so long." says Dennis Blanton, Managing Partner, LBMC Chattanooga.

"Liberty Tower will be a state-of-the-art facility providing our clients and our employees a beautiful working environment," says Blanton. "A great deal of thought has gone into this decision and we are thrilled about updating our office in Chattanooga to parallel LBMC's additional offices across Tennessee.  LBMC continues to grow in Chattanooga and this new space allows us the flexibility to add more space as we have a need to expand."

Located at the corner of Sixth and Chestnut, Liberty Tower, is the newest addition to Chattanooga's Class A office market. Currently tracking for Gold level LEED certification, Liberty Tower is leasing office space for occupancy beginning in December 2012.  Benjamin Pitts of Herman Walldorf Commercial served as agent representative to LBMC for this transaction.
